Theresa Kuhar

Role:

Director

Theresa Kuhar has served the cause of life from conception through natural death since she herself was adopted as an infant. Her dear cousin, Rosemarie Kovacs, inspired Theresa to serve individuals with special needs, and Rosemarie’s parents, Clara and Peter Kovacs, were co-founders of SPIN (Special People in the Northeast) in Northeast Philadelphia, which Theresa has supported in a variety of capacities over the years. Theresa’s pro-life ministry impacts every facet of her life – she is a Registered Nurse and board-certified Case Manager professionally, and her work allows her to serve senior citizens and families of special needs individuals as care manager, guardian, power of attorney, and advocate with IKOR of Eastern Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, from Holy Family University School of Nursing in 2001 and was inducted into the international nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau, prior to graduation. Theresa earned her certification in Case Management from the Commission for Case Management in 2021 and is an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association.
