Ashley Hurley, Compliance Manager at Emmaus Home, Inc., oversees compliance efforts and regulatory requirements across the organization. She has been with Emmaus Home since 2018, beginning her career as a Direct Support Professional providing direct care and support to individuals. Her experience in direct support continues to guide and strengthen her current work, with a continued focus on compliance practices that support safe and reliable services for the individuals served.

Ashley is driven by the individuals served at Emmaus Home, and their needs and well-being remain central to her efforts.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Marty.
