Patrick Bradley

Patrick Bradley is the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Emmaus Home, where he has been dedicated to supporting individuals since 2016. Beginning his career in direct support, Patrick gained hands-on experience across multiple roles, including serving in a live-in residential position for over a year and later supervising group homes. His progression through the organization has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of operations, allowing him to lead training and development initiatives with practical insight and purpose. Patrick’s well-rounded experience equips him with a deep appreciation for what it takes to deliver high-quality, person-centered support. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being in nature, and watching Philadelphia sports.
