Zachary Hess

Role:

Zachary Hess has a BA from Rowan University and 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. He also brings a background in mental health and addiction services, which shapes his well-rounded approach to care. In his role, Zachary focuses on building strong relationships with the individuals he supports, their families, and staff. He is committed to person-centered support and helping individuals live fulfilling lives in their communities. In his spare time, Zac enjoys spending time with family, including his daughter Willow who was born on Christmas Eve 2025. He also enjoys playing the drums and listening to audiobooks.
